Your company profile is what partner organizations see, and it holds two settings that affect everyone in your organization: the connection code and the time zone.

Before you begin

  • You need the Firm Admin role. Other roles can open the page but can’t save.

Edit your details

1

Open your company profile

In the sidebar, select Settings, then select Company.
2

Update the details

Edit Company Name, Email, Phone, Website and Address, then select Save Changes.

Your connection code

Connection Code is what partner organizations use to link to you. When a sending organization asks how to connect, this is what you send them — they enter it under Organizations > Connect. It also works the other way round: to connect to them, you need their code. See Connect a sending organization.

Time zone

Times across Minto are shown in this zone — arrival times, call timestamps, share link expiry. It overrides each person’s device setting, so everyone in your organization sees the same clock. Set it to where your office is, not where the interns are travelling to. Plain calendar dates, like an internship’s start and end, don’t move; only times do. Under Branding, upload a logo to replace the Minto wordmark in the sidebar. Your colleagues see it instead of Minto’s. This one depends on your plan. If the section isn’t there, custom branding isn’t included — see Roles and permissions for the difference between a plan limit and a role limit.

Deleting your organization

Delete Organisation removes your organization and everything in it — internships, interns, firms, calls, the lot. You have to type the organization’s name and re-enter your password to confirm. It cancels your subscription immediately, with no refund for the rest of the period, and can’t be undone.
There’s no export beforehand. If you need any of the data, get it out first.

Troubleshooting

“Failed to save changes. Please try again.” Usually this is a permission problem rather than a fault: company settings are Firm Admin only, and the page opens for everyone but only a Firm Admin can save. See Roles and permissions. A partner says your code doesn’t work. Check they’re entering it under Organizations > Connect rather than somewhere else, and that they’ve copied the whole thing. Codes aren’t case-sensitive.
